Prices

All prices appearing on this website are in Australian dollars (AU$)

The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be ChromeMyCar current selling price on the date of receipt by ChromeMyCar of the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time.  All Orders will attract a delivery charge as displayed when checking out.

 

ChromeMyCar will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on the Site. ChromeMyCar will notify a Buyer in the event of a pricing error on the Site before an Order is delivered.  The Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel their Order within a reasonable time (5 working days).

ChromeMyCar reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer.

 

 

 

Postage Charge

ChromeMyCar believe all the postage charge of your order in cart are automatic generate by our website once Buyer have done the check out, however due many dimension of packaging products and weight, our system might generate the wrong amount charge, if this happens, ChromeMyCar will let the Buyer know regarding the Postage Charge Errors, and the buyer have the rights to change the products or even cancel the order in 5 working days.

 

 

 

Payment

ChromeMyCar are currently accept the payment via PayPal or Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer only.

International buyer:  ChromeMyCar prefer the payment via PayPal, however if Buyer would like to do the bank transfer please ensure all the payment and postage charge we received are exactly the mount on your check out as International Bank may apply for transfer fee.

 

 

 

Orders

Any order placed with ChromeMyCar using the online store website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the specified price at the time of the order and under these Terms and Conditions. ChromeMyCar retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, and error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website. ChromeMyCar will confirm your order within 2 business days of your order request.

 

 

 

Stock Availability

Occasionally, one of the products Buyer have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, Buyer will always be emailed with the option for you to cancel your order or change your order should you prefer not to wait. You must therefore provide us with your e-mail address when ordering. If you decide to wait for an order, please be aware that you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.

 

 

 

Delivery Of Your Products

Please allow ChromeMyCar 1-2 days to start to pack and send out your parcels once all your payment been received or cleared and all the products on your cart are currently in stock. Some of availability products quantity may be errors so delivery time might be takes up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received or even more as we have to wait our new shipment comes in every 2-3 weeks from overseas, however we are definitely will send the notice by email for delaying parcels and you have the right to cancel all your parcels.

 

ChromeMyCar only will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.

 

ChromeMyCar will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

 

 

  

Order Acknowledgement and Cancellation

All Orders by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed via the forms provided on this Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation): 

 

  • Quantity and description of Products
  • The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered.

The Buyer must complete all information requested on the Order form before the Order is processed. ChromeMyCar will send the Buyer an e-mail acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer places an Order.  If ChromeMyCar does not accept the Buyer's Order for any reason, it will inform the Buyer by email in the same manner.


If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact ChromeMyCar Customer Service by email sales@chromemycar.com.au. ChromeMyCar will endeavour to accommodate the Buyer's request, if the merchandise has not been shipped.


If an Order has already shipped, ChromeMyCar normal returns and exchanges procedure will apply.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

Warranty

All our products are covered by the 14 days warranty only after the buyer received the parcels or we will estimate and take the longest time frame for delivery and plus 14 days unless Date ON Arrival (DOA), please ensure all the products you purchased are fit to your car. Some of the products need to be installed by your local mechanic or some one experience as some of our products doesn't comes with installation manual, we are not being responsible for any fault of installation and not covered by the warranty.

 

 

Incorrect Supply of Order

If, due to a warehouse or other error on the part of ChromeMyCar, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact ChromeMyCar within 7 days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request.  On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into ChromeMyCar store, the correct Product will be posted to the Buyer at no extra cost to the Buyer.  Postage for return of the incorrect Product and for supply of the correct Product to the Buyer will be paid by ChromeMyCar. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened.

 

 

Incorrect Part Ordered by the Buyer

If the incorrect Product is ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer must contact ChromeMyCar within 7 days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into ChromeMyCar store, ChromeMyCar will refund the price paid for the Product. Postage for return of the incorrect Product will be paid by the Buyer. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. If a replacement Product is required, the Buyer may complete a new Order for the correct Product and the new Order will be treated as a separate and new transaction. 

 

If you simply change your mind, we give you peace of mind in 30 days but please ensure they are still in original packaging as it is and didn't peel off the tape or never been used, we will refund after received the item back in excellent condition and deduct the postage, we do not responsible for all the postage.

 

 

Damaged Shipments

We are not being ressponsible for any loss or damage of your parcels while in transit or after you receieved. All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company or Australia Post (whoever is responsible for the package) and report the damage.  After contacting the carrier, please call ChromeMyCar for further assistance with the damaged shipment or if possible please take some pictures, and to make arrangements for a replacement. 

 

 

 

Retention of Title

The Products and any other goods delivered by the ChromeMyCar to the Buyer shall remain the sole and absolute property of ChromeMyCar as legal and equitable owner until such time as all money due to ChromeMyCar has been paid but shall be at the Buyer's risk from the time of delivery.
